Carrie at Mobile BMW provides excellent customer service. I had an emergency which required me to have my car towed to her dealership which was much closer than my home dealership. My car has been there a week and a half for a fuel pump issue, including having to order the part, which was overnight. It's ridiculous it's taking a week n a half and I'm sure this Friday I will be give issue, including having to order the part, which was overnight. It's ridiculous it's taking a week n a half and I'm sure this Friday I will be given a reason for another delay. I'll look for a German auto repair shop next time. My time like everyone's is valuable and you can't get it back. It should be more than one person at a dealership working on the cars. A week and a half and still not fixed, it should be priority just for the sake of reputation. It's your own product! More
