Great group of guys who made my first trip to this dealership a wonderful experience. They are proud of where they work and it shows in their customer service. Tim realized it wasn't service I needed and introduced me to James who helped me get out of my old lease and into my new BMW X3 lease. Miles made sure I understood all the bells and whistles and then John, made sure everything else was in order. I am really glad we are getting the "Sheild" for hood of the car. The service area was extremely busy but the service adviser Josh gave me all of his attention. He also promptly followed up with me and advised the status of my vehicle. Any voicemails or emails were returned very quickly. Even the people in the rental area were friendly, helpful, and happy. More

Remember when...? Remember when people used to say "Don't go to the dealer for repairs because they overcharge and are only in it for the dollar? In several times of go Remember when people used to say "Don't go to the dealer for repairs because they overcharge and are only in it for the dollar? In several times of going to this dealer for repairs, shopping and parts, none of this has stood true. I used to shop around for better pricing but no longer do as prices quoted/paid are either in line or better than those of other shops. In addition the service people's attention to detail and customer service are second to none. Impressive is an understatement - to the point where I almost want something to break on my car so I can go back! Love this dealer, there is a reason why they are top rated... several reasons actually. Shout out to the Blue team! Tim Simmon is a true professional and it has been a joy to speak with him. More
Service department had problems The sales team is very good. Unfortunately the service is not. Incident #1 I had my X5 in for service, a recall and a problem with the fuel gauge l The sales team is very good. Unfortunately the service is not. Incident #1 I had my X5 in for service, a recall and a problem with the fuel gauge last week (2/9/15). I was returned the car later in the day saying that the guage was fixed. However it was not and had to again leave the car with them after a week (2/16). It was kept overnight and then returned to me today (2/17). This time the guage worked but as soon as I was out of the service area the Xdrive system stopped working and had to leave it with them again. The car is still with them. Questions that come to mind are - 1. Do they even test the car after they fix anything? Obviously not problems occurring after they are "fixed" points to that. 2. Did they even change the oil when one goes for an oil change or just reset the computer? 3. Did they even do the recall service. I leave the car and never see what they are doing. After this experience am not sure what to expect when I go there for service. Unfortunately both my cars are BMWs and they get serviced here. Maybe time to look into a different service center or a different manufacturer. This problem was finally fixed after the car was there for 1 week and almost all components in the fuel tank system including the fuel tank were replaced. Incident #2 Repeat of earlier experience with the X5. Car went in for a front brake service and a AC check up on 8/13/15. I was told that something was not right with the car software and it would need some upgrade later on. I was informed in the afternoon that the car was ready, brakes done and AC checked out fine. I go to pick up the car and the moment I get out of the dealership there is the noise of a motor or fan switching on and off. Take it back to to the dealership and they say something else is broken and keep the car. Second time in a row, when they have taken my car to fix one thing and return it with something else broken. Have no idea, how many weeks it is going to take this time for it to be fixed. More
Awesome Service! Great Follow-Up! Great Team! Recently had our 2010 X3 in for some warranty/maintenance issues covered under the vehicle's CPO coverage. After numerous trips and lack of follow-up Recently had our 2010 X3 in for some warranty/maintenance issues covered under the vehicle's CPO coverage. After numerous trips and lack of follow-up from the "other" BMW dealer in town, Minnetonka BMW stepped up and took care of us! Not only did they repair the recurring service issues we have been having, they also discovered a couple of additional warranty items and repaired those as well. Our car was in multiple days in order to complete all of the repairs, and not once did we ever have to call for status updates as Jeff Kotnour and Chase Powell kept us informed daily! Awesome communication; again which we Never received while having our vehicle serviced at the other dealer in town. This team has renewed all of the lost faith we had recently experienced in the BMW brand and I can honestly say we will not go anywhere else to have either of our BMW's serviced (2010 X3 & 2013 528). Thank you guys!! A++++++++++++ More
