This is the first BMW I've owned. I have had a 3 series for a week now and love it! When I originally started looking at BMW I worked with another employee at this site who left the company in the middle o for a week now and love it! I had a great experience with her and was disappointed. My sale then transferred to Jon who coordinated the sale, our European Delivery, and then final pickup. He has been accommodating, patient, responsive, and enthusiastic through the transition and he went out of his way to get the car to me the day it arrived and made sure I was comfortable and familiar with it even though it was closing time. Several communication lapses frustrated me through the sales process, and I think these issues are reflective of the overall inefficiency or lack of electronic tracking of the dealership in general. Overall the service has been friendly and helpful, just not with the precision one would expect from a luxury car dealer. More

After spending months researching cars, my last stop was BMW of Minnetonka. I went with my husband not expecting to find anything, but thought it would be fun to look. Jon and I spoke a couple times before I actually went in, and when I arrived he already had cars pulled into the ramp and ready for me to look at. I have followed Jon through a variety of dealership to ensure he is the only sales person that will represent my family and me. I have never had an issue recommending Jon nor a negative comment regarding Jon’s sales approach or style in the 8+ years I’ve worked with him. If you want a long-term relationship, one that is based on more obvious criteria than just price, someone who will remember you and ensure you are taken care of, then there is no other dealership or sales person I can recommend.
