It was difficult to change from Acura to another brand. When I called to make an appointment. I told the sales person, Steve all the features my husband wanted in a car. If he liked the car and met our targeted budget, he would buy it on the spot. My husband is a very busy man. He likes me to research first and then he would come and test drive the car. Steve did a great job and meeting our needs on the first visit. We were leaving for SFO the next day. Steve called us and was able to meet our budget. BMW treated us better than our previous dealer, Buerkle Acura. There's no loyality there. We will never buy another car from Acura, nor take our other MDX there for service. We found a new home in BMW Minnetonka. Thanks, Steve. We will highly recommend Steve to all our friends and family. More

During that time, I have purchased/leased 21 BMWs from these gentlemen combined, and sincerely value our relationship. In addition, I have referred 6 individuals who have purchased/leased vehicles from Minnetonka. I place a great deal of importance on relationships and the fact that this dealership is locally owned and operated. After a few test drives we had several options for two different models to choose from. They had a large selection of all models in stock. Aaron Hanson was very respectful, courteous and a wonderful client advocate. I left happy with my vehicle and feeling I had the best market deal possible, and since I had visited another local dealer prior, this was confirmed. More
Just another used car dealer I bought a 2013 Lexus from BMW of Minnetonka, and because I was an out of state buyer, from Washington, I contacted several of their "Client Advisors" I bought a 2013 Lexus from BMW of Minnetonka, and because I was an out of state buyer, from Washington, I contacted several of their "Client Advisors" to obtain the condition of the car. Each one of them failed to mention damage to the left rear fender, including when I went to take delivery of the vehicle. The only feedback I received from the advisors was that the car was almost like new and very clean. It is unfortunate that I was not able to notice the "touch-up" at the time of the delivery, however, due to the size of the damage it will require a lot more than touch-up paint to remediate. I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by this dealership's employees considering I flew out from nearly 2,000 miles and paid close to $45k for this vehicle. Contacted Tom, the client advisor I worked with, about the situation and received the "it's your fault for not inspecting", "we did not do the touch-up", and that "it must not be that bad" type answers. It just amazes me that this dealership will take in trades without an inspection, or everyone on their team is so out of touch with the products they sell that that no one is educated about their condition. My advice to would be buyers: 1. Don't consider this dealership to provide you with the BMW level of service. I own a 2008 BMW X5 which had some peeling on the plastic bumper that was fixed by BMW of Seattle with no questions asked AFTER I had the vehicle for a week. 2. Definitely don't take your client advisors word as advice, as they might not even know what they are talking about (think typical used car salesmen). 3. Out of State buyers - may not be worth the trip! P.S. +1 star for the Tom Rusch for staying in touch with me after the fact! Thanks I appreciate the fact that you took time to listen to my concerns. I really liked working with him and if it were not for his customer-centric attitude, I would not have checked my budget a second time to make the 535 series work for me. He was really focused on what I was saying, not on closing a deal. I love asking questions to really be an informed consumer, every question was answered and Sully even brought up things I had not thought of. Thank you so much Sully! One piece of advice - when doing financing, do not wait till closing time, I had to come back the next day to close the deal, but it was 8pm CST, so they had it detailed for me when I got it! More
