Chapstick + heater vent = UGGG! For a month I've driven around with a rattle each time I turn. I first called Motorwerks in Bloomington because they’re closer to where I work – they were no help, and insisted on doing a diagnostic first (we all know what that means…$$$) regardless of what the issue might be. I had a brake fluid flush scheduled at an independent shop near my home so I held off and asked them to check it out --they suggested I take it to Minnetonka. I've had my car to the dealership on one other occasion and was very impressed so of course I'd go back. Instead of simply sending my car back to the service center they diagnosed the problem on the spot, fixed it, and when I asked for the invoice said "it's on us." That is how you build customer loyalty! The folks down the road on 494 should take a cue (or get a clue). The Wayzata location is in the complete opposite direction from where I live and work, but I’ll gladly go out of my way to bring my car to them. More

Quick Turn-Around I contacted Aaron regarding my currently leased BMW as I had decided I wanted to purchase.
