Andre Prasad was one of the first sales to call me after We had a wonderful experience in purchasing a new BMW car in BMW of Minnetonka last weekend. Andre Prasad was one of the first sales to call me after I submitted online inquires for a luxury car. During the visit, Andre was very friendly and professional. He showed me all the cars that matched my requirements, and told me frankly that there was a big sale event the next day. Then next day, he kept me updated of the latest price of the car I was interested in. After visiting five dealerships, Andre helped us find the most competitive price of the car we want. At the end of the day after his working hours, he still worked hard to introduce the features of our new car so that we would drive the car without any worries. BMW of Minnetonka also has a very nice guest rest area for all family members. We'd definitely recommend BMW of Minnetonka and sales Andre Prasad to anyone who wants the best service. More

Great Experience! BMW of Minnetonka has the largest selection of new and preowned luxury autos in Minnesota. What is particularly helpful is they have price options to BMW of Minnetonka has the largest selection of new and preowned luxury autos in Minnesota. What is particularly helpful is they have price options to accommodate a broad range of personal financial circumstances. We were in the market to replace and upgrade our car but we were not sure of the options we wanted, the model or even the brand. We didn't want someone to sell to us as much as we wanted the opportunity to understand the choices in the market. Rob looked up the vehicle, made sure it had all the features I was looking for, did a test drive for me to ensure everything was A-ok with the vehicle and gave me a great price. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. I flew into the dealership on a Saturday, and Rob had the vehicle detailed and all the paperwork ready to go. I was out of the dealership in approximately and hour driving a new car. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Matt Li I highly recommend buying a BMW from BMW of Minnetonka from my fantastic past and present experiences. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Matt Liebig and Todd Olson for over 11 years and again in the last few weeks in purchasing my 2015 X5. Matt has been extremely helpful in understanding my needs and assisting me with my selection of packages and features. I cannot express how extremely helpful he was to me. Matt is a really nice man, knowledgeable, very conscientious, personable, honest, trustworthy, customer service focused, prompt in answering questions and providing me his valuable time in this process. He has consistently communicated to me when my new car was going into production and being delivered. With all this said, I want to commend and Todd for employing such a fine sales and customer service focused individual like Matt Liebig. In the past 11 years, I have referred over 8 people to Matt and Todd who purchased numerous automobiles from BMW of Minnetonka. Each of these individuals have all stated how great Matt was to deal with, exceptional in his follow up and answering their continuing questions which they had after delivery of their automobile.
