My whole family of five with three kids was in attendance which can lead to some higher stress situations of which John handled smoothly to keep everyone happy and excited. The purchasing and financing process also went very smoothly with good explanation of what my commitment would be and BMW's. Every phase and transition was clear and executed properly. Charlie, their condescending GM, tries telling me that ALL dealerships and car financial companies change a fee... NO, THEY DO NOT! BMW is the ONLY ONE that does this! He spoke to me like I was pond scum! Beautiful cars, yes... but I'd be desparate to EVER deal with these rude people or company AGAIN!!! More
