Not my first BMW or dealer that I worked with but by far the most seamless deal I've ever had. I was looking for a particular vehicle so I had to search out of state to find what I wanted. Ryan Leach, made this such an easy process. Being out of state was a bit weary. Didn't want to take a trip to MN and get the run around. Ryan met all my request before I made it to the dealership. Once there everything was a promised. Dealt Lea and Kyle in finance which was straight forward and no surprises. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I have always been treated fairly in sales and have had great experiences in service. Todd Olson knows what options that I like as well as color combinations and actually ordered the car for me without my input since I was replacing a X5M and had to wait longer than I wanted since BMW did not have a M version for awhile. I had told him to order one as soon as they are availble. I later reviewed the options with him and they were 100 % acurate. I have always use both Ed Howard and Todd together as a team once Todd moved up to management and now will be buying through Ed exclusively. I currently have a Z4, 435, X5M and a 750. More

Awesome Service, Awesome Products! First-time BMW buyer here. I came to the dealership on a Thursday night to browse the lot; was greeted by salesman Rob Dahnke. Wasn't sure which mod First-time BMW buyer here. I came to the dealership on a Thursday night to browse the lot; was greeted by salesman Rob Dahnke. Wasn't sure which model I wanted at that point, but knew I wanted a V8. After showing me a few options, Rob showed me a 2013 550i. It had the features I wanted and Rob had me sit in it and start it up. He went over all the great options the car had, and showed me the operating system in the car. He took the time to explain the differences between the different models, advantages amongst them, and BMW overall. I returned that Saturday with my fiancé to test drive this car. Once I drove it I fell I love. What an automobile! I returned to the dealership ready to buy. Rob helped me through the sales process and Miles Paquette-Falk showed me the great features of the vehicle further after I decided to buy, which helped me hit the ground running with my new BMW. Scott Thompson helped me with the financing, and it was a seamless process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience. Not sure I was going to buy a BMW but after the treatment I received at BMW of Minnetonka it made it an easy decision to buy the car of my dreams. Came in intimidated (again, first-timer here), left with a 550i that I love, thanks to Rob, Miles and Scott. Looking forward to working with these guys in the future to keep my BMW experience a positive one, and hopefully become a long-term BMW guy. More
