I knew immediately that Mark would have my best interest in mind. From day one, Mark was upfront and honest. I had the feeling that he genuinely cared about me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect car. Mark was not pushy or overbearing like previous dealerships. Mark and the Finance Manager, Kyle, made the final steps quick and painless. BMW 550i Certified Pre-Owned purchase I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned BMW 550i from Tara Ludwigson at BMW of Minnetonka. I had actually spent the morning at two other dealers and w I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned BMW 550i from Tara Ludwigson at BMW of Minnetonka. I had actually spent the morning at two other dealers and was not really impressed. The experience at BMW of Minnetonka was completely different. Tara was extremely knowledgeable and and knew the product and the appropriate options that I was looking for. She was able to find the perfect vehicle for me - one that I was not even considering when I went in! She is an excellent salesperson and is passionate about her job. She is very easy going and is not "high pressure" - but rather has a respectful quiet confidence. This was the 5th BMW purchase that I have made, and the first one at BMW of Minnetonka. Out of all of these, this was by far the best car purchase experience that I have ever had. The facilities are excellent - in fact much better than the competitors, and the staff really shine! Scott Thompson, the Finance Manager, was also excellent. He is good with the numbers and the "bottom line". He made the purchase process very easy. Generally I have walked away from previous purchases with a feeling of unease and doubt. I left this experience with a smile on my face and truly had a great time! I highly recommend BMW of Minnetonka and have suggested that several of my friends and colleagues look there as well. More

So were the other staff members that helped me on my visit. I had brought in my 328i for a service engine light. I left the car over night and they gave me a loaner for the evening. I ended up with a 2015 i3. Boy that was fun! The next day Jeff explained to me that they had found several things that needed to fixed and laid them out according to priority. He gave it to me straight and I really appreciated that. I wasn't sure if my warranty would fix the items so I thought it best to leave it there one last night in case the warranty did covers the fixes. I was able to take another loaner for the night 2015 320i this time. Super nice car, not as much fun as the i3 though. The repairs did not end up being covered, but I opted to do them myself. The next night after I had picked up my 328i I popped the hood to have a look at some of the items I'd need to fix. I noticed that all of the covers and debris shields were missing. No doubt still at BMW. I called and left a message. Right away in the morning I had Jeff and another representative from BMW call and text me to help find a solution while I was at work. I explained to them that I was leaving town right after work and that it would be a big inconvenience to drive out to Minnetonka. Especially during rush hour. They came out to my work in Golden Valley in the late morning, had it fixed and filled with fuel by the time lunch rolled around. That's what I call great service! Even though there was that miscommunication between the advisor and the mechanic about replacing the items under my hood they more than made up for it. Definitely will need a return visit. More
