We were not sure which vehicle we were interested in but that didn't matter to Tom. He was gracious and allowed us to test drive 5 cars. We ended up finding an outstanding value on a pre-owned X3 and couldn't be happier. Tom did a great job at making us feel comfortable and followed up with all of his promises. I am a customer who typicall I recently purchased a CPO 2012 BMW 335i from Bmw Minnetonka. The experience to say the least was absolutely outstanding. I am a customer who typically goes through vehicles every 1.5 years and have worked with many sales professionals in the car industry. Grant Davis whom I had the absolute pleasure of working with took time to understand the exact vehicle specs and options I was looking for in the price range I wanted to be in. Since the car I was looking for was very specific (manual transmission, tech pkg, sportline, parking assist, cold weather and premium pkg) it did take quite a while to locate the vehicle. During the entire time it took to locate the vehicle Grant informed me on when, where and how much various vehicles across the country might be a fit. I was extremely impressed with his diligence and attention to detail through out the entire process. One of the worst parts I have found about the car buying experience is making sure the car is in top order and there are no issues with the vehicle history especially if you are looking at getting a vehicle sight unseen. Whenever I had a question about a vehicle he went the extra mile to hunt down the answer. It was so refreshing that if he didn't know the answer he wasn't going to blow smoke at me with his best guess but would rather find an individual who knew the exact answer. Once we decided on a vehicle that I was going to purchase it did have some suspension noise that and curb rash on two of the wheels needed addressing. Without hesitation they got me into a loaner and assured me they would remedy the issue in a timely matter. Today I got the vehicle back with no rattles or curb rash and they even put it through another full detail to ensure it was ready to go for the weekend! This attention to detail and no cut corners is what makes car buying a joy and stress free. More

I drove 4 cars that day and by closing time I’d made a deal for my first BMW. Unlike any car salesman I’ve ever met, Craig will bend over backwards to create a fair deal that works for everyone. Since that day I’ve bought another BMW from him and my extended family, three more. Recently I asked him to keep an eye open for a used model from a different manufacturer.
