I can't say enough good things about Andre Prasad and his responsiveness to my (many, sometimes stupid) questions. I think we ended up visiting 4 times overall to test everything from the leg room our kids would have in the third row of the X5 to two separate test drives to questions about the technology, etc. Andre was great to deal with and I'd recommend him to anyone. He also played the role of "BMW Genius" when it came time to deliver the car and fully explain all the technology options. Lea Schneider was very helpful in working with many banks to find the best overall rate and explain the different options to include with the purchase. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. All in all a great buying experience! More
