He was pleasant, professional, courteous and answered all my questions. He and his sales manager responded promptly to my offer and I purchased the car at a fair price. The delivery was fine and Ryan went over the features of the car because some of them were new to me. He offered to spend more time orienting me to the car's features anytime and he followed up later by telephone and e-mail. The best car buying experience I have had in a long time! More
