Excellent purchasing experience - a second time! Steve Rydberg went out of his way to find me a vehicle that not only met my needs but also addressed my wants. This is the second time that Steve has found me the right vehicle and both times he made my budget numbers work. Horrible service and no communication The manager of BMW called me to speak about the many issues I had with this dealer and I called him back and left a voicemail but I have yet to hear f The manager of BMW called me to speak about the many issues I had with this dealer and I called him back and left a voicemail but I have yet to hear for him again. That was probably 2 weeks ago. So here are my issues 1. We have had long waits most of the times we have come in. We waited at least an hour before we could get help to buy our car. 2. The finance guy told us that tabs and license weren’t due but there weren’t any license plates on the car so we called and they said they would be ordering new license plates and they should come within 21 days. I called after 2 weeks and they said they still hadn’t come in. My husband was then told that the license plates were never ordered. Then we were told that duplicates would be ordered. Then we were told that the license plates were already on the car under the BMW plates and we didn’t need to worry about it. Then we received a call that our new license plates arrived at the dealership. They said they would mail them to me and then we did not receive them in the mail for about a week and they are not duplicates they are new plates that they said I needed so I’m lucky I didn’t get pulled over with bad plates. 3. When we received the paperwork for the new plates we noticed that both our signatures were forged on the paperwork. 4. I didn’t have my title with me when we purchased the car and I said it would not be very convenient for me to drive it up and can I just mail it and he said no that’s not allowed. I called our sales rep later and said I’d just rather pay the $20 for a duplicate Title than drive back up. He said its fine for me to mail it so I did and they received it. Then later we were told again that it was not allowed for us to mail it. 5. We were told we would receive a check with the $20 refund for the title and we have not received it and its been almost 6 weeks . We were given a girl’s name Desiree and number and told to just keep bugging her till she pays you. We have called multiple times with no answer. Wow that is great service from a luxury car dealer that their answer is just keep calling and bugging us an eventually we will give you your money back. 6. When the bank approved our loan they noted that my husband’s name needed to be listed first. The finance guy didn’t see that or something and we put my name first and days later we were called and said we had to drive back in to BMW resign everything with Brian’s name first. 6. Once we got the car home we noticed it was saying service due Jan 2016. We were a little confused as we bought the car in Feb why any services weren’t up to date before purchasing the car since its under warranty. We made a service appointment and my husband drove up once again for it to be told that the services were already completed in Sept and BMW just never updated the car to show that. So it was a complete waste of our time. Overall, we would NEVER purchase from this dealer again. More

We were able to test drive the X3, evaluate our trade, complete the financing and drive away in short order thanks to Jeff's excellent service and coordination with his staff.
