Wonderful experience- courteous, helpful, friendly I own a BMW. I live 250 miles from this dealership. I came here to buy a Mazda6 for my wife (was $2K cheaper here than in my area). We instead bought I own a BMW. I live 250 miles from this dealership. I came here to buy a Mazda6 for my wife (was $2K cheaper here than in my area). We instead bought an awesome Toyota Prius for half the price. My wife LOVES it! Our salesperson Amy Mattick was absolutely fantastic. Even though our purchase was considerably less than first expected she treated us like VIP customers buying the completely gorgeous BMW's on the showroom floor. (This showroom is two floors huge, absolutely stunning). The dealerships general manager was very friendly and stayed past closing to ensure our car was prepared to our satisfaction. When you buy a BMW this type of stellar service is expected but sadly in my experience rarely experienced. When I am ready to buy my next Bimm, I will be driving 250 miles to happily buy it here! More
