In several times of going to this dealer for repairs, shopping and parts, none of this has stood true. I used to shop around for better pricing but no longer do as prices quoted/paid are either in line or better than those of other shops. In addition the service people's attention to detail and customer service are second to none. Impressive is an understatement - to the point where I almost want something to break on my car so I can go back!
