But from the moment I walked into the BMW of Minnetonka for the first time four years ago, Steve Rydberg and the staff treated me like any other customer, which was a really refreshing experience. That went a long way for me. This time around, Steve worked with me to build and price out the exact 3 Series sport wagon I wanted and ordered it from the factory. He kept me up to date on every step of the process, from my car entering the assembly process to its arrival in the U.S. and at the dealership, and made sure the transition from my previous lease into my new one was a smooth and seamless experience. Delivery was just as smooth -- the car was beautifully detailed and ready on time, and working through the finance/lease process with Kyle Gustafson was a breeze.
