Great group of guys who made my first trip to this dealership a wonderful experience. They are proud of where they work and it shows in their customer service. Tim realized it wasn't service I needed and introduced me to James who helped me get out of my old lease and into my new BMW X3 lease. Miles made sure I understood all the bells and whistles and then John, made sure everything else was in order. I am really glad we are getting the "Sheild" for hood of the car.
