Another great experience I've been going to BMW of Minnetonka since before they were BMW of Minnetonka and I continue to be impressed by the level of service they provide. My I've been going to BMW of Minnetonka since before they were BMW of Minnetonka and I continue to be impressed by the level of service they provide. My most recent visit was no exception. I didn't expect to be car shopping this year, but my previous 2013 BMW was totaled two weeks ago when it was rear-ended at speed while stopped at a red light. When I found a very promising 2015 of the same model on the BMW of Minnetonka website and filled out the "is it still available and can I test drive it tomorrow?" form, Amy Mattick contacted me promptly and put the car aside for me. My test drive and subsequent car purchase the next went very smoothly, thanks to Amy and to Kyle Gustafson. Pretty sure I've never laughed as much during a car purchase, either, especially one as unexpected as this one was. :) Also, many thanks to the "Genius Bar" employee (I'm sorry, I've forgotten your name) who helped me deal with returning the rental car.
