I was connected with Ryan Leach and was impressed with his professionalism, friendly demeanor, and work ethic right from the start. He was fabulous to work with!!! He always was in contact with me- answering all my questions, sending me options and ideas to ensure I got the car I wanted within my budget. In the beginning of my car search I had been working with a sales advisor at a different BMW dealership and I quickly learned that the quality of service and communication was nowhere near to the level of service I received from Ryan. I decided I no longer wanted to do business with that dealership and I signed another 3 series lease at BMW of Minnetonka and am so appreciative and thankful for the service that Ryan Leach and his General Manager Jerry Moe provided for me. When I set up my test drive at the dealership everything was in order and ready to go. Amy had excellent product knowledge in pointing out the features of the 535. The sales process itself was very straight forward. We arrived at a price I thought was extremely fair. From there the paperwork process and the financing process was seamless. What impressed me the most was everyone I had contact with at the dealership had a great attitude. Buying a car can be stressful but the people at BMW of Minnetonka made it enjoyable. Great car buying experience Great buying experience - I found a two great cars posted online at Minnetonka BMW and came in to consider a trade in of my older model. I was connect Great buying experience - I found a two great cars posted online at Minnetonka BMW and came in to consider a trade in of my older model. I was connected with James Moosaie - who I suggest asking for by name. James had both cars cleaned and brought out front for my wife and I while we had a few espresso drinks in their lobby and met the used car sales manager. The cars were spotless and the vechile history James provided allowed us to make an informed decision. We selected one of the cars and proceeded into brief and fair negotiations. I was offered a generous price for my well cared for 2005 that had been in a cosmetic accident (which was the reason for new interest in a trade). We asked for a small discount on the car we were buying and we quickly came to an agreement. There was a wait to meet with the finance manager but James made it enjoyable by showing us around the dealership (it's impressive) and by providing a place to have a few snacks while we waited. Our finance manager did a good job of providing some warranty and payment options without a high pressure sales pitch. We ended up sticking with our original plans to pay cash and decline additional warranties. When we finished a BMW expert showed me around the car after getting a few pictures with our new vechile. On our way out James realized it was my birthday and he gave me a couple BMW items from the gift shop to remember the experience. This was an outstanding buying experience, I highly recommend James and BMW of Minnetonka- which happens to be the largest BMW dealership in the USA and the 2nd largest worldwide. More
