Car worthy but overall experience is less than stellar We found a somewhat good deal online for an uncertified used suburban. Living in the Chicagoland area I called to get specifics on the vehicle dealing directly with Manny (manager). My husband and I decided to take the drive to view the vehicle and called Manny to let him know we were coming. After almost a two hour drive we arrived and dealt with Al Abd to check out the vehicle and take a test drive. To our dismay, the vehicle was completely dirty inside and out, making it hard to see the true condition. This was not expected and left my husband and I quite disappointed and frustrated. Manny did not mention this at all during our conversations. With him knowing we were coming one would think an effort would have been made to have it cleaned. Other than the negative experience noted above, Al Abd and Gary Graika made the purchase experience go smoothly. We recommend using Al Abd if you are making any future purchases because of the great service he provided to us. More

We had already looked at a Honda CR-V just down the street and were pretty impressed, pretty much deciding that that was the right car for us. We were just visiting Milwaukee to see our daughter's family for the Easter weekend, having no intention of buying a car. After meeting with Michael and talking and looking and test driving an X-3 we ended up buying. Wow, what a day! Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and helpful. By all reasonable logic we should have waited and bought a car back home in Ohio but Michael mad it so easy to do business with his BMW store.
