Out of all the dealerships we could choose from, we went with this dealer solely based on the people we dealt with, the used car salesman LEN is a very experienced, personable guy that has seen it all in the car business. Most dealers we visited, we had to deal with an internet sales person that really did not have much of a personality, let alone integrity. BMWOMN went above and beyond customer service wise, the type of service you just don't get anymore these days, Honesty, Integrity and Personality is what made me choose this dealership.
