I received info on safety recall from BMW USA, but this dealership followed up with me, also. So I decided to give this service department another chance. Easy to schedule a service date, with loaner. Very knowledgeable service rep, Mike, kept me informed and explained what was done to my car. An additional issue with my car was checked and fixed at a fair price. The staff that dealt with the loaner car were very pleasant and helpful. The checkout staff were courteous and thorough. Overall, the best experience of BMW service I have had - at any dealership. More

Also felt like the prices they list slightly better than other bmw dealers within Milwaukee/Chicago/Madison area. More
