During her most recent lease, we put significantly less miles on the vehicle compared to the lease agreement. When we decided that we'd like to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease agreement, I expected a lot of pressure from the dealership to get us into something new because they knew how valuable the vehicle was and how much they could make on it. Instead, when we met with Margy, the conversation was solely focused on the process to purchase the vehicle we had. There was no mention or pressure to do anything else - so refreshing.
