When we first saw the Audi that they had available online, it was quite far out of our price range but we decided to test drive it anyway to experience a car with all the features we wanted. After the test drive, Peter and Todd were quickly able to offer us an attainable deal - it was hassle free! We took a weekend to think it over, and ultimately decided to buy it. Our buying experience was great - we didn't feel pressured at all, and Kyle was super helpful with our financing. I also really loved the waiting lobby area and the very kind and helpful staff in the vehicle detailing shop. More

We had our first (out of body) experience with the adaptive cruise control this morning......it was like Christmas morning! Wow! My first experience with BMW of Milwaukee North (formerly Concours Motors) started when I was a kid; my father had been a sales rep for quite a number My first experience with BMW of Milwaukee North (formerly Concours Motors) started when I was a kid; my father had been a sales rep for quite a number of years at the dealership, and my love for BMWs started before I could drive. Fast forward to today: I was in the market for a BMW, and naturally, it seemed right to return to where I first fell in love with Beamers, and I am so glad that I did. Margy Cahill was everything I wanted and needed in a sales rep- she is hard-working, kind, and fun to be around. Margy was highly accessible and very responsive when I contacted her; during the financing stage, she kept me in the loop while at work, which was reassuring and most appreciated. We originally looked at new X3s, but I decided I wasn't in the market for new-new, but a newer used. Margy worked with me and her sales manager Todd to put together an amicable deal, factoring my trade-in. In the end, I scored a great deal, and more importantly, got to take home the BMW I've been waiting for. Brad "the BMW genius" walked me through all of the sick features included in my car, and he was really helpful in helping me learn about my car's full potential, another fun person to work with. Kyle helped me sign all the closing paperwork, and also helped with additional coverage on my car, great guy as well. After graduating from medical school, I will revisit the dealership to purchase an X5, my absolute dream car. I am happy with the relationship that I have with BMW of Milwaukee North and I look forward to future business relationships. Being in the medical field, I have friends that are in the market for cars such as a BMW, and if they are looking to buy a BMW, I will be most happy to steer them to BMW of Milwaukee North. Also, the cookies that came in the mail were a simple but tasteful touch, and a sweet ending to this super experience. More

Very happy with BMW of Milwaukee North! I had heard that this dealership was good because a friend of mine purchased her car from BMW of Milwaukee North so when I decided to trade my BMW 328 I had heard that this dealership was good because a friend of mine purchased her car from BMW of Milwaukee North so when I decided to trade my BMW 328i coupe in for larger vehicle I headed up to visit them. Very modern facility with a comfortable waiting area and refreshments. My trade-in needed to be looked at by service (at the last minute) and they didn't hesitate to work my vehicle into their work schedule so we could purchase my new BMW that day. Everyone was very polite and very knowledgeble about the cars. My salesman, Stewart Cloer, was wonderful. We were in contact for at least a week with phone calls and emails to locate the exact BMW X1 I wanted! He worked closely and fairly with us to come to a final selling price factoring in my trade-in. I would do business with Steward again. There were others that help with my purchase such as Kyle Richards in the Finance Operations. He was very friendly and very efficient with our finance paperwork. Bradley Kittinger was wonderful during my driving test of the BMW X1. He had an answer for every one of my questions! He knows these vehicles inside and out! He also ran through everything in my car with me before my departure until I was comfortable with driving it home. He even said to call him anytime with any question. All in all it was a wonderful experience and would buy a car from them in a minute. More
