The fact that BMW ensures I have a loaner vehicle while my car is being worked on has been an absolute lifesaver and has made the entire process so much more convenient for me. When I initially considered returning to the Mercedes Dealership in Jackson, I was disheartened by their lack of emphasis on customer service and the absence of loaner vehicles. This experience has solidified my decision that my next vehicle will undoubtedly be a newer model BMW X5, and I plan to make the purchase from BMW Meridian in the very near future. More
