I want to take a moment to share my recent experience with Mr. Ronnie Peters, Service Department Associate and the exemplary customer service he provided. I am genuinely astounded by his commitment to ke with Mr. Ronnie Peters, Service Department Associate and the exemplary customer service he provided. I am genuinely astounded by his commitment to keeping me informed about every detail regarding my vehicle and the associated costs. The attentiveness and dedication he exhibited truly went above and beyond my expectations. The fact that BMW ensures I have a loaner vehicle while my car is being worked on has been an absolute lifesaver and has made the entire process so much more convenient for me. When I initially considered returning to the Mercedes Dealership in Jackson, I was disheartened by their lack of emphasis on customer service and the absence of loaner vehicles. This experience has solidified my decision that my next vehicle will undoubtedly be a newer model BMW X5, and I plan to make the purchase from BMW Meridian in the very near future. More
