The service from start to finish was atrocious, rude and I actually got the car back with damage on it. They have so many cars in there that it's inevitable that you'll pick up a knock or two. I complained and so far that's been dealt with badly too. Even BMW America said other local dealerships were better. Way too many issues to go into here, but suffice to say, not recommended. Use a different dealership for the servicing. Rudi on sales in the used section, however, was a gem. More

No Quality BMW of Manhattan service center was trash. I will never go back. The people were cordial. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Why is it that as one of the very first cars on line, I waited for my car for 5 hours, just to diagnose very minor things and then after six hours I am told that another BMW was wrong and the issue was not the issue, but there is another issue. I am asked what I'd like to do. I paid for the tiny service of an oil change which took another hour. I leave. Later that day I take a good look at the diagnosis sheet which states another minor issue that I would have had them fix. I was not informed of this by the associate, yet on the sheet it stated I refused the service.. Days later I look in my glove compartment for my cd and it is cracked clean in half. A couple days after that I leaned over to pull the passenger side handle to shut the door and my hand was covered in black goop. I looked closer at the handle and the rubber grip is all melted as though someone took something hot and purposely melted the handle. Over the course of a few weeks, one or two lights started dinging, even though nothing was wrong with said thing. I never bother to write reviews, even if they are negative, but this is insane. You are talking about someones property. Now I fix my own car. The BMW company is great. The cars run beautifully. The people they hire to tend to your vehicles are trash. Never again. Advice : Buy your cars. Fix them yourselves. More
