A year after purchasing a 5 series, the battery failed regularly. They stated the warranty and full service program only applies if driven 7,500+ miles annually. At the end, they acknowledged missing a service bulletin regarding a flaw in the auxiliary fan switch. More

Grace was very pleasant when i initially called the dealership with questions. I made a trip into NYC just to speak with her in depth regarding switching over to bmw.
