WORST BMW DEALERSHIP EVER! They lie and hold your car far longer than they need to. They wait until the last minute to do any work to the vehicle and most times return it semi fixed. The service reps do not longer than they need to. They wait until the last minute to do any work to the vehicle and most times return it semi fixed. The service reps do not call back and if you decide to hold the line, the receptionists hang up on you or never return to the line. THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL GET YOUR CAR BACK ASAP IS IF THEY GIVE YOU A LOANER. I was given a loaner once while my breaks were being serviced and received a call within 3 hours stating that my car was ready. (BTW in order to get a loaner you must reserve weeks in advance which is totally ridiculous). The time before, I waited three days for the same service. I stopped servicing my car here but retunred this time because I did not have time to drive all the way to New Jersey in order to get decent service. This service department is an embarrassment to the BMW brand. More
