Service dept When i brough my car for annual check up they noticed it had a recall and the car needed to stay overnight. I have to wait for a month to get a loaner because they didn't have a loaner available. I have to wait for them to schedule it for a month. Lack of loaner availability. When I returned a month later, the loaner they gave me, it had a flat tire. They only go around the car to check the outside condition of the car such as dents, scratch etc. they are supposed to give u the car in perfect condition. The tire pressure was on but I didn't pay mind because I thought it would go away. In the evening I noticed that the rear tire needed air. I put some air. In the morning the same tire needed more air and the monitor specify me that the car had a flat tire. I called the department of loaner and nobody answer, I left a voicemail to make the complain and the call was returned 6 hours later. I told the rep that it was ok that it didn't matter to speak with her because I was called to pick up my car. I was expecting a faster response. The advisor requested to hold $750 of my card in case something happen to the loaner. The advisor never explained me that they will hold your money for $45 days after you returned the loaner. If he would explained me that procedure in advance I wouldn't gave him my debit car. Another error, when the advisor asked me for the card, he specifically asked me for my american express card and my ID card. The error there was that he was supposed to ask for a credit card with specific logo and at the end when they charged me, the list of credit cards requiered were visa, MasterCard or discover. Very disappointed at their service. More
stay away if your car is in warranty stay away from this service, I have been on Aug 25th(I did appointment 10 days before, everything was booked), to change the oil for a 2014 328XI stay away from this service, I have been on Aug 25th(I did appointment 10 days before, everything was booked), to change the oil for a 2014 328XI 5k miles and to see from where is the noise from the front tires, also a problem with the gear switch lights. I left the car at 10:30 am Mon to Bobby Erwin and he suppose to call me later to see what is wrong with the car, nothing happened, I called Tue morning, he doesn't answer to my call, voice messages and emails. Wed at 12 pm I arrived to BMW Service to see what is going on, Bobby tried to xxxxxxxx me and they could not find the noise, I took a test drive with one of the mechanic and he hear the noise(xxx. are you deaf?) and I told them to finish the problem with the gear shift and oil and I do not want to deal with them anymore, this was around 1:30 pm, they said the car will be done in 1h so I have a sit in the waiting area, after 3 h I ask were is my car, "in 10 min is ready", after one more hour I lost my patience and I speak to the manager Mr Jialoh Ho, he tried to explain me how is working the service, like a surgery department and how everybody is an amazing specialist, bla bla bla. finally I took the car around 6pm, what I notice, one front rim scratched and they even reset the service oil... so, 3 days the car was there a lot of waist time and no resolve. now I have the car in Brooklyn to other BMW Service, hope to be OK and fix the problems. I wished to give them zero or -5 stars.... More

Ricardo has an extensive knowledge of BMW's products and will spend as much time as one needs going over various vehicle options until the right selection is made. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and really listens to one's purchase objectives in order to structure the perfect deal. The deals I received from Ricardo were great! This is why I purchased two vehicles from him with-in the past year and I plan to work with him and the dealership again in the future. In addition to the 2 BMW's Ricardo sold us - we've owned about 7 others over the years and of all the dealerships we've patroned Ricardo and the overall showroom experience make this one the best. I bought a new 550xi from BMW Manhattan in 2011. In September 2012, I took it in for regular service. What BMW Manhattan Service doesn't tell you is that they do the service work in Queens, not at the September 2012, I took it in for regular service. What BMW Manhattan Service doesn't tell you is that they do the service work in Queens, not at their manhattan location. Worse, they hand the keys to your car to a valet service to drive your car through manhattan to the queens facility. The valet (who was unlicensed) driving my car hit a man on a bicycle, who is now suing me, the valet service and BMW Manhattan for his injury. BMW has asked to be dismissed from the lawsuit, claiming that they are not responsible since the valet was driving. That would leave just the valet service and me, the owner, as the people responsible for this injury. And I have a lot more insurance than the valet service. This is clearly dishonest behavior on BMW's part -- I had no idea anyone other than a BMW employee would be driving my car, I did not know the car would be driven to Queens through Manhattan traffic by an unlicensed employee of an underinsured valet service. Worse, I had no choice about it -- I hope you post this because customers of BMW Manhattan Service should know the truth about BMW Manhattan, and the risk they are taking with their hard earned assets and insurance coverage when they leave their cars there for service. More
