Poor customer service I have been a BMW owner since 2006. I came with my friend to have her car serviced and the way we were spoken to was an obnoxious, rude and disrespect I have been a BMW owner since 2006. I came with my friend to have her car serviced and the way we were spoken to was an obnoxious, rude and disrespectful. I have never been treated this way in any dealership yet alone a BMW. The manager was even worse. She has been there 4 times for the same issue and still no resolution. The worst experience ever. More
All 4 tire de senor issue 4th at this location for all sensors. First it was because the winter then it was the software. Then the service manager James tells me it's because of the nail on the in the back left tire. The man treated me like a woman who does not know why she is talking about. I'm sure that their technicians have no idea or to diagnose a problem. The men there are sexist and I will be writing letters to all of upper management to how I was treated. The letter will sound better than this because I am walking. I speak to many people for my job and network daily. I will be sure to speak of my experiences with BMw. More
Great Service Advisor and Service, but MISSING wallet My SA Jim was great, he updated me on the progress of what was going on with my car, furthermore i was satisfied with the end result of my service. BUT, someone has quick hands, i left my Luis Vuitton wallet (with no cash) in the side pull out pocket of the door, which can only be seen if you actually pull open the compartment (as if someone was intentional looking for something). I immediately told someone after i got my car that something was taken out, but theres "nothing they can do". I was satisfied with my experience until that moment my wallet was stolen., Carl Bombara More

I picked up my car today and I must say that I am still thrilled with their service both personal and mechanical. I have never been disappointed with their work and their attention to every detail. The attitude there is extremely cordial and attentive. My service manager Jia Ho is brilliant and does not miss a trick. He is meticulous and truly knows his stuff, plus he is a super gentleman. It's comforting to know I can rely on BMW of Manhattan and their staff for great service. SV More
