She is very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and completely focused on your needs and questions. She took care of everything for us including license plates, registration, insurance, you name it. All we had to do is come in and pick up the car. Much to my surprise within ten minutes of me pressing send he answered me saying my car would be ready tomorrow. I have never in my entire life have had this happen. My service manager Jia Ho and all of the rest of the staff have always been extremely cordial to me and have always made me feel welcome.
