Exceptional Experience! I bought a BMW 328ix from Life Quality in Brooklyn and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience and the car. I called BMW of Manhattan and was connected to Shahid Saleem who set up an appointment after listening to my needs and concerns. Upon arrival, Shahid was professional, courteous and listened to what I wanted. He made the process of getting out of my 328ix and into an X series so smooth I really couldn't believe it. I've bought many cars over the years, and this was, by far, the BEST car shopping experience I've ever had. He was patient and put me in the EXACT car I wanted and needed. Listening to my needs Our experience was exceptional as I felt that Tom Twomey, the salesperson, and his manager listened to our needs and helped us find the right vehicle Our experience was exceptional as I felt that Tom Twomey, the salesperson, and his manager listened to our needs and helped us find the right vehicle for us. They never pushed a more expensive option nor the additional options if they weren't right for us. Additionally, it was fun to explore the cars that were new concepts even though they weren't correct for us. The manager took the time to explain and answer our questions. Our salesperson, Tom, was also remarkable in taking time to explain everything when we got the car. He set up our favorite radio stations, our driver settings and navigation. I almost felt guilty about how much time and care he took but he really seemed to enjoy helping us. I have used this dealership for three leases now and look forward to working with them in the future. More

So it stayed at the shop a lil longer. But Mr. Nguyen updated me all the time in regards to my car. Each time I contacted him,he promptly answers to my messages and concerns.
