Absolutely No Coutsey Joseph Marra at BMW of Manhattan called me to test drive the X5 which was identified over web by me ,as I reached there I was surprised to learn that Joseph Marra at BMW of Manhattan called me to test drive the X5 which was identified over web by me ,as I reached there I was surprised to learn that the vehicle was not available at the showroom and was further told that the suv had left for clean up and was not there for a test drive hence I was even told to consider something else Now my question is how was the sub as identified by me showing on the web as certified Preowned without being certified (as they claim it is out ) these guys display or showcase there inventory on bmwofmanhattan.com and sell absolutely something different than what's displayed on web Seems these guys just post anything on web as certified car to attract customers As it took me an Hr to get to there store on 11th av 56th street it was a terrible experience what a waster of my time and energy ABSOLUTELY NO COUTRSEY AND A ABSOLUTE CHEAT Terrible sales person Mr Joseph Marra is what it takes him to be an such a crook More
