Available & Respectful, Insightful & Diligent – Surprising! I was interested in a model that is not very popular - a 3 series Wagon. I had visited a few dealer lots and almost no one had them. I was searching o I was interested in a model that is not very popular - a 3 series Wagon. I had visited a few dealer lots and almost no one had them. I was searching online on a dealer-by-dealer basis. (suggestion to BMWusa.com – expand the zip code parameters on the dealer inventory search!) I saw that BMW Manhattan had one in a color I liked but so did a dealer out on Long Island. I called and was given to Eric Shuster. I talked and he listened. When I was done explaining what I wanted from this new car and said I only had about 15 minutes to come in and see it, he said that he usually left before I could get there, but he would stay and set things up so I could see it in that window - Available and Respectful. After that visit we exchanged a lot of emails, because that's the only way I can communicate during working hours. We went over the options and he related his explanations to what I had said I wanted from the new car. He searched far and wide and it turned out the one he had was my best option. When the appraisal for my trade-in came in below what he thought I'd get, he fought for better - Insightful & Diligent. Finally when I was about to do my best, "I've done my research and this is what I should pay for the car..." He said the price he was going to sell it to me for and he was already below what I wanted to pay - Surprising! More

I have to say purchasing my first car from the BMW Manhattan Dealership was beyond a pleasant experience. Brandon was genuine and real. Felt like Brandon was sincerely caring my situation and gave the most honest recommendation and pricing. He is my go to person in BMW and I will recommend Brandon to my friends and families. In addition to that, Matthew, the sales at BMW store, is amazingly friendly and helpful. More
Best experience buying a car in my life I purchased a X5 from Eric Shuster at the BMW showroom of Manhattan. It was such a pleasant experience. Eric was a so helpful and efficient. BMW of Manhattan is a terrible car dealership! Terrible pricing for our leased car and awful service department. I have never dealt with a dealership that was less accomodating, particularly for a Terrible pricing for our leased car and awful service department. I have never dealt with a dealership that was less accomodating, particularly for a car with a sticker price of around 100K. This is a private dealership and not part of BMW of North America, which I thougth didnt make a differnce. Apparently it does! The problem is not with the car, it's with BMW of Manhattan. If we get another BMW it will be from another dealership. I should have known better when our dealer raised the price of the car after my initial negotiation by 5K. He also did not tell me that I needed special tire insurance, something that was part of the service agreement with our Mercedes. I have had to pay out-of-pocket (so far) for six (6) run flat tires. In addition, I had to wait a month to get the car serviced, when all it needed was some detailing to remove a scratch. It was then kept for a week. Recently the car was recalled. The person who notified me was not able to explain to me why the car was being recalled, though. I waited two weeks for the car to be picked up and repaired after I was notified. To make matters worse they never returned the car to our garage - even though we were told that repair was complete and the car had been returned. All I can say is never again! However, I did take advantage of an offer and went to the BMW driving school. The folks running the program were terrific and knew everything about my car, which is allot of fun to drive! They agreed that BMW of Mahnattan is a terrible dealership and recommended several other dealerships in the Tri-State area, next time around. More
Loving the BMW experience! I have to say that I was a bit intimidated going into this BMW dealership. I thought I was just going to deal with obnoxious and snooty sales people a I have to say that I was a bit intimidated going into this BMW dealership. I thought I was just going to deal with obnoxious and snooty sales people and boy was I wrong! I have never felt so welcome and so well taken care off in any car dealership. I could stay in their showroom all day just looking at cars. Peter was very entertaining and very comfortable to work with. I was never pressured to get anything that I did not want in the car. In fact, he helped me narrow down what's available and what's best bang for my buck. Then in less than a week's time, I got my car! Quick and easy. Kamila (Genius) was great as well. She was very patient with me and entertained my questions really well. My overall experience was very positive and I would highly recommend going to this dealership. I chose right! More
Welcoming without being supercilious. We were comparing a number of different manufacturers including Audi, Lexus and Mercedes. Our experience with the salespeople at those three locations was about the same with Audi by far the worst, followed up the ladder by Lexus and Mercedes. . However, it was Mike Kelly at BMW who was completely different. There was no hard or any other kind of sell. Instead he was low key and straightforward. Gave his views on what options were desirable or not for what we described. He was a pleasure to work with. Today, when I picked up the car, Louis Cortes was the "BMW Genius" who took me thorugh all the features. I am something of an idiot when it comes to technology and Louis was organized, clear and patient. He clearly wanted me to understand and enjoy the car. I could not have asked for a better teacher. More

Honest!!!!! I felt like Evron was looking out for me. I'm can honestly say that Evron had my best interest at heart. Comparing what my previous car breakdown was to my new car, unbelievable!!!!!
