I really appreciated his directness; he is a no-nonsense guy who aims to please his customers--and he will go above and beyond for you.. Even though I wasn't purchasing, say, a top-of-the-line 7 Series, Peter made me feel as though he valued me as a customer in all our conversations. He was very generous with his time. He was also responsive to calls and emails, and always available to answer questions. He did a fair amount of research to track down exactly the car I was hoping for--and he came through.
