Do NOT purchase from BRIAN SUNG!!!!!I wanted to end my Do NOT purchase from BRIAN SUNG!!!!! I wanted to end my lease with Lexus early and switch to BMW. I worked with Brian, and everything was great. Ho Do NOT purchase from BRIAN SUNG!!!!! I wanted to end my lease with Lexus early and switch to BMW. I worked with Brian, and everything was great. However, to end my lease and utilize my insurance package I paid for to cover excess wear and tear, I had to have a separate company inspect my vehicle prior to returning to the dealership. The company was not inspecting vehicles due to Covid and they informed me they were unsure when they would return to regular service. I informed Brian of this, who graciously arranged for my car to be stored until the company resumed inspections. I proceeded with the lease and dropped my Lexus off and picked up my new BMW X4. This is no reflection of BMW, I love the car, great decision. The dealership was nice, process ran smoothly. Brian was quick to respond, called my cellphone without hesitation. Suddenly his communication was nonexistent. The inspection company with Lexus let me know they resumed service and I could have the car inspected to do any necessary repairs, I contacted Brian who emailed me back “Car has been dropped off the a Lexus dealership last week. They will be doing the inspection at the dealership. Best regards,”. Copied and pasted from his email All of a sudden he forgot how to call me, even to say “hey we dropped off your vehicle”. I was still paying insurance on the vehicle, I still had one of the keys to return with the vehicle. He said “I left multiple messages”. He is full of lies, and I guess the epitome of classic sleazy car salesman. I offered to show him my Verizon statements to show there were no incoming calls or voicemails from him. He knew how to call me several times until he got what he wanted, then showed a lack of basic respect to notify me of changes in an agreement. Fortunately, things were worked out with Lexus, so I wasn’t charged. But the fact remains that he is disrespectful, lied when confronted and doesn’t take any responsibility for his shady actions. I would never do work with this dealership again, just because I know this particular dealership (like I’m sure most have) has someone like Brian there. I discussed the situation with Joe Czarnecki who was very helpful, apologietic and agreed Brian was in the wrong, but no further information as relayed as to why Brian is so incompetent with communication. More

My experience was tremendous. Brian Sung, my client advisor, was the epitome of professionalism. The transaction was easy and I am absolutely in love with my new X5. I can’t recommend BMW of Mamaroneck advisor, was the epitome of professionalism. The transaction was easy and I am absolutely in love with my new X5. The pandemic really threw a wrench into my latest BMW lease transition (M4 - > X5M) when the production plant in SC was forced to shut down, which then created residual issues with my new build that thre lease transition (M4 - > X5M) when the production plant in SC was forced to shut down, which then created residual issues with my new build that threatened to leave me very unhappy. I was fortunate that Fernando was able to take control of the situation before it got out of hand and assure that BMW would make good on its commitments to me, which it did. The communication and level of service I received from that point on were exceptional. I took receipt of the new car/truck a few weeks ago and could not be happier with it. More
My sales person was friendly and very attentive to our interests and requests while motivated to help us purchase a car we would be happy with. Good & Pleasant Salesperson- Detailing needs improvement. Our salesman Lee was good and a gentleman, and the car really sold itself. As for day of delivery, the car was over 2 hours late from our appointme Our salesman Lee was good and a gentleman, and the car really sold itself. As for day of delivery, the car was over 2 hours late from our appointment time and we had to clean and wax the car after we got home. They used all spray on or lotion wax. No rubbing out of minor blemishes. We were not really impressed with the detail crew. Our salesman was out of office when we wanted to make the delivery appointment. So we made it with the Sales Manager Michael. it was set for Saturday 8/1/20 9:30 am. When we arrived, the car was no where to be found. When it arrived it was not cleaned or detailed. Left dealer at noon that day. UNACCEPTABLE! That was the Sales Managers fault, the car was not ready, Since the salesperson was out and he made arrangements. We did appreciate the business manager, Richard for helping with financing. More

unprofessional Went to BMW. in Mamaroneck to buy or lease an X1. Walked in the door the receptionist did not greet us nor did any salesperson. It took at least 25min for someone to acknowledge us. I was so disgusted at that point. There was no one in the the place. Do you think BMW's sell themselves? Well they lost my business. I will not go back there at all. On the window was lease for 449.00 a month. no wiggle room but since we were leasing for the first time the salesman said it would be 454.00 a month. I could have fought it, misrepresentation but at this point we were done with this dealership. How can you post one price and if I don't already own a BMW the price is higher. This is ridiculous. They have the worst service on the face of this earth!!! the Sales representative Lee who sold us our Infiniti is the BIGGEST LIAR AND CROOK AROUND! Car has stalled 6 times on us since we got the car in M the Sales representative Lee who sold us our Infiniti is the BIGGEST LIAR AND CROOK AROUND! Car has stalled 6 times on us since we got the car in May 2019! We have called BMW repeatedly to speak to Lee and he guaranteed that dents would be removed,breaks would be replaced, rotators to be replaced, censors, traction control and slip light all would be checked and replaced.. well after driving the car one week GUESS WHAT HAPPENED??? Front inner fender wells were not even bolted in that they were rubbing on the tire. Traction and slip light came on, paint less dent removal was never done . We also receive a letter from Lee the sales rep “We Owe “ we’ve been calling from June- until Dec to get these issues resolved and have NOT RECEIVED ONE CALL BACK!! I have also left messages for general manager who’s ALWAYS IN A MEETING!!! More
Brian was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very informative and enthusiastic. Great Experience.
