I was really hoping to be done with this dealership, but was contacted by DMV that my plates were never returned. After the sleazy, incompetent salesman, Brian Sung, returned my other vehicle to the Lexus was contacted by DMV that my plates were never returned. After the sleazy, incompetent salesman, Brian Sung, returned my other vehicle to the Lexus dealership (and someone from BMW Mamaroneck forging my signature at the dealership without my consent. I obtained the form from Lexus where I, or someone I gave permission to, was suppose to sign on returning the vehicle). Brian Sung didn’t return my plates, or notify me to pick them up to return them. DMV gave me a notice they’d suspend my license. When I went by to see if Brian had my plates, he fumbled through papers and a cabinet, knowing nothing was there, then just said he didn’t have them. DMV needed a letter, so I got that from Joe Czarnecki, general manager. He also checked with Brian which was basically a waste of time. Stressing to him how unprofessional this whole experience has been, Brian shows no sense of responsibility, and no apology whatsoever. Joe’s response is “we’re taking it as it comes”. Such a huge waste of time. More

Juan and Fernando went above and beyond. We are ones who ask many questions and require extra hand-holding. A lot of dealerships don't have the kind of patience that Juan and Fernando had.
