After having tried two other BMW dealers, Pace was referred to me by a friend. I had my doubts because they had been purchased, along with my favorite BMW dealership by a large conglomerate. My fears were that I would be treated as just another number. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that I was wrong. I was greeted very nicely by the receptionist who promptly introduced me to my Sales Rep. Luis Solgar. The purchase could not have gone smoother. Luis was very patient and informative as we had several color/option changes along the way. He got us want we wanted at a price better than expected. Throughout the process he kept us informed as the vehicle was built, shipped and on its arrival. Luis even helped us with a lease extension on our other BMW while this one was on its way. Overall I am very happy with Pace and Luis, so much so that they are getting me another vehicle. More
