My car once had a problem over a weekend/after hours and soon after I left him a voice mail he called me back to tell me that he would meet me at the service and get me a loaner car. Although I had done much homework before I entered the dealership, with Anthony's help and suggestions I feel that "we" made the right choice. As I prefer to pay cash and own my car outright, Anthony showed me how to save $1,200 by taking out a loan. Anthony also went out of his way by sending my permanent registration to me in Florida as well as a follow up call on the day Derek Jeter got his 3,000th hit. I don't know if he is an actual Yankee fan (as I am) or if it was a sales ploy, but in either case it was a nice thing to do. Lastly, as I am a football fanatic, he went out of his way to find me one of your promotional mini footballs with the BMW logo on it. My wife got a car, I got a football and Anthony got the sale.
