I recently bought a new 550. The a.m. radio had serious static. The satellite radio and the FM are and always were fine. I consulted with the fellow at Pace's service center in Port Chester. He was very average, didn't really try to figure out how a new car could have such an issue. When I was first dropping off my car, Fabian Bonici was nearby, heard the description, scrolled through his substantial knowledge data base, recalled that he had heard of a similar issue. I foolishly stuck with my regular service person at BMW of Greenich/Pace/s service center. He got it fixed, told me they didn't even recognize an issue, etc. I should've realized that guy wasn't for me. The fix helped slightly, but I figure for $70k I should be able to listen to a Yankee game on am without it cracking. So I brought it back, asked for Fabian. It took them 3 days to figure it out, address the casing. In fact, after the first attempt to fix it, Fabian checked it out, took it on highway, hit some bumps, applied some torque and the problem returned. So he told me they need another day or two to figure it out. I picked up the car today and it seems finally to be fine. So I rate Fabian Bonici as in a class by himself and Pace/DCH gets good marks for having a guy like him on staff. The supervisor Robert Radison is pretty good too. The first service advisor, who I had used for a few years on my prior car - - not too good. So Fabian gets an A+, DCH/Pace/ BMW of Greenwich gets an A-., and the first service advisor does NOT get a good mark at all.They did have a good valet pickup service and all in, I'm sticking with them. More
The employee was honest and straight forward. This location makes me feel comfortable that my problem is going to be take care of. Never have to wait to get in for service - they make sure to fit you in and address your problem immediately. I have dealt primarily with Norbert and he has been terrific - whenever I have had an issue with my car he has made sure that the car has gotten looked at immediately. My car once had a problem over a weekend/after hours and soon after I left him a voice mail he called me back to tell me that he would meet me at the service and get me a loaner car. I don't know too many ohers that would go to such lengths for a customer. Seth Albert More

Anthony Iu was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional with my wife and kids in helping us find a new SUV to fit our family. The BMW Dealership waiting area was comfortable and there was a place for the kids to play while we waited and the valet parking was friendly, efficient, and courteous. We would definitely recommend Anthony and this Dealership to other potential BMW buyers. More

However, Anthony realized that I dealt in humor and made me feel like an "old" friend and made the process much less tedious. Although I had done much homework before I entered the dealership, with Anthony's help and suggestions I feel that "we" made the right choice. As I prefer to pay cash and own my car outright, Anthony showed me how to save $1,200 by taking out a loan. Anthony also went out of his way by sending my permanent registration to me in Florida as well as a follow up call on the day Derek Jeter got his 3,000th hit. I don't know if he is an actual Yankee fan (as I am) or if it was a sales ploy, but in either case it was a nice thing to do. Lastly, as I am a football fanatic, he went out of his way to find me one of your promotional mini footballs with the BMW logo on it. My wife got a car, I got a football and Anthony got the sale.
