Leasing a new car can be an extremely stressful process and leasing my first luxury brand car was intimidating; however Client Advisor Lionell Williams made the experience worry free. From the moment I arrived at Pace BMW, I never felt pressured to immediately make a purchase or felt that when I inquired about a product or feature that the answer was rushed. Lionell went above and beyond with explaining to me in detail the overall performance of the 5 Series to ensure that it suited my personal needs. He explained to me in depth the model, features, interior color scheme, exterior color scheme and accessories for the 2012 BMW 528xi that I was leasing. Unlike, when I purchased a car in 2003 from another dealership the Finance Manager at Pace BMW Mike Steinberg did not make me feel like I was signing my life away on the lease documents. Furthermore, Product Specialist at Pace BMW Shaun was extremely patient in explaining to me all the technology in my new car. I would highly recommend to my family, friends and colleagues if they are in the market for a luxury car to go to Pace BMW. More
I own a 2011 BMW 550 xi and I can say with out question i will never own a BMW again. Now this is not due to my car but totally due to the horrible service provided to me by PACE BMW and Greenwich BMW where will never own a BMW again. Now this is not due to my car but totally due to the horrible service provided to me by PACE BMW and Greenwich BMW where I purchased the car. The car is notorious for getting side wall bubbles and I have been in at least seven times this year to replace the tire. Not once had the dealership or the service department has come up with a loner which equates to an incredible loss of my time. This a 75,000 dollar I would expect a totally different type of service. Pace BMW is totally useless and all I get are apologies rather than solutions or even a loaner!!! Good bye Pace BMW and now I will go to Darien fro now on. More

I was given a monthly payment on my new car which I accepted. Upon signing the purchase order, I left the dealership to get some lunch when the manager who was helping the sales person called me to te accepted. Upon signing the purchase order, I left the dealership to get some lunch when the manager who was helping the sales person called me to tell me that he made a mistake and the car was going to now cost me over $100 a month more. Classic bait and switch. Unfortunately, I had to accept the deal because it took so long to get the deal worked out that I had no time to go elsewhere and was leaving on business the next day. Upon receiving the car and attempting to activate the free year of SeriusXM radio, I was told that the free year had already been used by the dealership. I was told by the sales rep at Pace that they would take care of it. As I type this, still no resolution. Overall, I had a terrible experience and wish I had gone back to Greenwich BMW which gave me much better service although it's well out of the way from my home. More

She is direct, smart, well informed, fair, accurate, very very very high service and a pleasure to work with... The dealership has worked out most of the issues from the transition of service to Port Chester and is very good to do business with - repeatedly. And, I love my car! More
