They want above and beyond to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with our BMW experience. I have dealt with numerous dealer in the past and I can honestly say that these guys are the real deal. They really went to bat for us and did everything to ensure that we were happy. Bernie Fee was absolutely fantastic! A true asset to Pace BMW and to the BMW family. I highly recommend Pace BMW, Bernie Fee and Glen Heinrich. We are absolutely ecstatic with our new BMW X5M, but more importantly we are elated that we know that the guys at PACE are really there to serve us!!! I had a very good experience when I bought my last BMW, but my experience today was exceptional. The dealership was very busy as there was a promotion underway. The courtesy and professionalism I experienced was second to none. None of the staff at the dealership ever appeared frustrated or aggravated. There was no high pressure sales behavior from anyone. Landers Hall, my sales rep, was informative and very knowledgeable. He was patient and worked very hard to make my purchase financially satisfying and worked things out so that I got exactly the car and options I wanted in a price I could afford. It also didn't hurt that he was very sociable and easy going. Of course this could not have been possible without the assent and assistance of the ever patient and relaxed Sales Manager, Bernie Fee. Mr. Fee clearly set the pace in the showroom. The atmosphere clearly a reflection of his cool and calm demeanor. At no point did I feel condescended to or taken advantage of or overlooked. I was simply shown what was available, asked what I liked and Landers and Bernie set to work and to make the deal happen. They made me an extraordinary deal after it looked as though the numbers just wouldn't add up. I never thought I would leave a dealership feeling elated, but they made it happen and I am very grateful to them. Everyone in the dealership was cheerful and helpful. Since the transaction finished late, instead of just showing me a few things about the car and leaving me to my own devices, Landers without prompting invited me back to the dealership at my convenience to further go over the cars features, Now that's a professional attitude. I highly recommend this Dealership to anyone interested in buying a BMW. More
In May when my lease was about to be up on my Q7 I was undecided as to whether I wanted to stay in an Audi? So I started my internet search looking for a good deal for "THE CAR". Well after a week or so of surfing and calling different dealers I was still undecided UNTIL.... I looked on the PACE website and found a few Speacials. I immediately called PACE and was transferred to Landers Hall. We "CLICKED" instantly, we conversed for about 30 minutes. Once our conversation was over my mind had been made up. Once again I would be driving the "Ultimate Driving Machine/BMW" AND!! I would be traveling from from Baldwin, LI to Mamaroneck, NY to lease "THE CAR" from Landers Hall at PACE BMW :) Landers is AWESOME!!! He had us in and out(NOTE: this experience was the shortest EVER!! I've spent at a dealership, SMOOTH....) Landers is VERY informative, patient, curteous and professional. He can definately count on referrels from me. More
I visited a couple of BMW dealers - and while all of the sales people were okay, Kristen is in a league of her own and is a star. Kris picked me up at the Mamaroneck Train station in the car that was to be mine - we test drove it according to my schedule and route - she explained the car and its functions as we went along. Back at the showroom, no hard sell - just got me a great price and then a great lease deal. Within 90 minutes of meeting Kris for the first time, I committed to a fairly fully loaded 535 xi - picked it up two days later (yesterday). I am a very cynical person and do a lot of research on price and incentives before even walking into a showroom - that is why i visited two other dealers before buying from Pace; I didn't get the same feeling from the others that i did with Kris. Over the past 17 years, I bought 11 Volvos from the same dealer. I liked the dealer and lthe same salesman sold me all but two of the cars. But i have outgrown the staid Volvo and wanted something better. The F & I guy- Mike Steingberg was very honest and low key - no hard sell at all. The paper work took less than 20 minutes, start to finish, when I picked up the car. I am very glad that I went with BMW, with Pace and especially with Kris. Now i have to get back to driving my new car. More

Leasing a new car can be an extremely stressful process and leasing my first luxury brand car was intimidating; however Client Advisor Lionell Williams made the experience worry free. From the moment I arrived at Pace BMW, I never felt pressured to immediately make a purchase or felt that when I inquired about a product or feature that the answer was rushed. Lionell went above and beyond with explaining to me in detail the overall performance of the 5 Series to ensure that it suited my personal needs. He explained to me in depth the model, features, interior color scheme, exterior color scheme and accessories for the 2012 BMW 528xi that I was leasing. Unlike, when I purchased a car in 2003 from another dealership the Finance Manager at Pace BMW Mike Steinberg did not make me feel like I was signing my life away on the lease documents. Furthermore, Product Specialist at Pace BMW Shaun was extremely patient in explaining to me all the technology in my new car. I would highly recommend to my family, friends and colleagues if they are in the market for a luxury car to go to Pace BMW. More
I own a 2011 BMW 550 xi and I can say with out question i will never own a BMW again. Now this is not due to my car but totally due to the horrible service provided to me by PACE BMW and Greenwich BMW where will never own a BMW again. Now this is not due to my car but totally due to the horrible service provided to me by PACE BMW and Greenwich BMW where I purchased the car. The car is notorious for getting side wall bubbles and I have been in at least seven times this year to replace the tire. Not once had the dealership or the service department has come up with a loner which equates to an incredible loss of my time. This a 75,000 dollar I would expect a totally different type of service. Pace BMW is totally useless and all I get are apologies rather than solutions or even a loaner!!! Good bye Pace BMW and now I will go to Darien fro now on. More
