Wonderful experience! I was researching BMW vehicles through the corporate web site and was introduced to Zahid at Zimbrick BMW in Madison. He reached out to me within thir I was researching BMW vehicles through the corporate web site and was introduced to Zahid at Zimbrick BMW in Madison. He reached out to me within thirty minutes of my request and we ended up having a pleasant conversation on the models I prefer as well as our hometowns. He was very informative and polite and set me up with an appointment to meet my BMW support person Jenny and test drive the models I requested. When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately greeted by Luis who stated Jenny was assisting a customer and would be with us shortly. Jenny met with us a few minutes later and immediately impressed us with her enthusiastic personality but also her precise and expert knowledge of the models we came to evaluate. After the test drives we were unable to decide which model we preferred basically because they were both astounding machines- M240i and 440i. Well done BMW because we almost purchased both! We finally decided on the M model and after a few very low pressure emails between Jenny and myself we came to an extremely fair price and we accepted the deal. Upon returning to Zimbrick BMW we saw our car out front perfectly detailed with full gas tank waiting for us to take her home! We were met by Justin who is one of the BMW genius personnel and he enthusiastically explained the car in detail to us. Next the general manager Griffin came out to warmly welcome us into the Zimbrick BMW family and his sincerity was obvious. After only twenty minutes of reviewing paperwork with Ken the business manager we were on the road home in a fantastic machine after an amazing buying experience! My wife and I had wonderful interactions with every Zimbrick employee we met and I can honestly recommend Zimbrick and its great support people for your next vehicle purchase! More

Looking over Zimbrick’s inventory on the internet I found just what I was looking for... a white 328i just off a lease. Arriving for my appointment I met with James and shortly thereafter Jay met with me to go over my trade. From there we kicked off what turned out to be a fun afternoon. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. If you would like to work with a quality client advisor I would give James high marks. Special thanks also go out to Jay and Denise. If you’re in the market for a BMW, I would highly recommend Zimbrick BMW. More

I’m glad I gave them a second chance as I’m thrilled with my purchase. If you’re planning on buying a car at Zimbrick BMW, you’ll want to work with Client Advisor Tim Prost. He remembers my name, always greets me warmly, and is always on top of whatever he needs to get done. Even after our sale was completed, he stayed in touch to check in and address any after-sale issues that popped up. If you’re popping in to ask about features, ask for Product Genius Justin Sundby. He remembered my interests and was always there to show me something new or explain a feature so I could understand its functions. He was always friendly and patient with us. As for my experience I spent over a year researching the car I wanted. I only buy 1-2 year certified cars meaning I can’t be too picky but I still wanted something with character. Most lease returns have few options and are white/black/silver exteriors with all black interiors. I wanted something unique that I connected with emotionally. I had my heart set on a Mercedes but spent months looking at certified cars and couldn’t find one with everything I wanted. I checked BMW on a whim and found a local low mileage certified almost fully loaded vehicle with Med Blue exterior and Night Blue interior. I knew vehicles with these options would be hard to come by so I wanted to act fast. A quick test drive later and I discovered technology that was vastly superior to the Mercedes I was looking at. We decided to go for it. Throughout our car search process we had some serious issues with one of the Client Advisors and strongly considered walking away from Zimbrick BMW forever. The issues themselves aren’t relevant any more because of the way Zimbrick BMW dealt with the issues. I provided feedback the next day in-person to Griffin Roberts, New BMW Manager, and over e-mail to Andy LaBerge, General Manager. Both Griffin and Andy were attentive and responsive to my feedback. They apologized and thanked me for giving them a chance to make it right before taking care of the issue. I ended up finalizing my purchase that night and asked to be transferred to Tim Prost because he was genuinely friendly, personal, and professional with us even though we were past closing hours at this point. Since then Tim has made sure every step post-sale is taken care of. I know I’m in capable hands with Tim. I also met Service Advisor Stacy today who was friendly too even though I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. Other than the one problematic Client Advisor, everyone else at Zimbrick BMW has been great to us and we’re ecstatic we didn’t give up on them. My advice is if you aren’t being treated respectfully, take some time to gather your thoughts and go back in to provide feedback to one of the managers. Follow-up with Andy LaBerge if you didn’t speak with him directly. They’ll take care of it. We have limited dealership choices local in the Madison area but Zimbrick still prides themselves on top notch customer service. I was initially concerned they wouldn’t take my feedback seriously but now that the issue is resolved, I can confidently recommend Zimbrick BMW to anyone now. More
