The process and Sean, the salesperson were very agreeable, and with the research I did, I thought the price was fair and competitive. Both cars are very nice, and we're completely happy with them so far. We've only used the service department for minor stuff, but what we needed was done quickly and right. Since warranty and maintenance are covered for the life of the lease, and they want us back for fresh ones when it expires, I don't expect any hassles. The service area is out in the middle of the showroom, if that makes a difference, and for the price of the cars they could have a little better class of drinks and snacks, but Audi, Mercedes and Porsche are right across the street, so if you're stuck on a long service wait, you can wander over and see what they have. BMW logo paraphernalia is a rip, but if you're into that kind of flash, you probably don't care More
Bad Buyer Experience I recently moved to Madison and have bought over 10 BMWs most from the Springfield, IL dealership. When I was younger the 3 series, over the last 10 y I recently moved to Madison and have bought over 10 BMWs most from the Springfield, IL dealership. When I was younger the 3 series, over the last 10 years the 5 series. I planned to move this year to the 7 series. Being retired military I usually go through USAA. This dealership is a USAA certified dealer. I searched the Internet and researched the car. I made an appointment through the Internet contact. When I showed up Mike had another customer. I checked out the car and got some help with the technology but Mike was never available he took another customer even though I was waiting. I took the car for an overnight test drive. I called Mike before I returned to the dealership. I had left my car to be appraised nothing had been done. No contact with anyone other than Mike. When I came in he appeared put off and treated me like a grade schooler. Needless to say the interacting was terrible. Several friends have had similar experiences at this dealership. You would expect buying a 120k car would up the game. What a terrible experience. No I did not buy the car. More

I visited the BMW dealership at least five different times including visit for an initial "meet and greet", a couple of test drives, to check out how the infotainment system worked, and to check out the interior seating. Sean Weckerly was always helpful and responsive to our needs and one of the nicest sales people I encountered during my search. I would not hesitate to heartily recommend him. More

Had my steering rack replaced for 3000 dollars had issues next morning with feeling like there was no power steering for first few minutes told me it was a bad steering shaft joint. If it was a bad steering joint this would happen all the time which it did not. Update: Matt then proceeded to call me back about an houe or so later and said it did not need it. His ethics to try and sell me something that was not needed and unecessary puts a very bad taste in my mouth about this company. He is definetly a crook and should not be working for zimbrick. I will tell every single person I know about this plave and how they treat there customers. Please watch out these guys and especially Matt will try and scam you. These guys are crooks and will be taking correct action as this is totally wrong More

Will Buy a Lexus Next Time After being a loyal Lexus customer for 20 years, I purchased my first BMW from Zimbrick. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the vehicle at delivery. I expected a brand new $100K 7 series BMW to be spotless upon delivery. This wasn't the case. The floor mats were stained and the interior needed a good cleaning. As this car was a display model "on the floor" with considerable amount of people sitting in the vehicle, I understood how the vehicle interior was in need of cleaning. As I was in a hurry to take delivery, I chose to overlook this issue. My second experience was with the scheduling of body work via the Zimbrick internet site. After receiving no response for several days, I contacted them and was advised they were having trouble with the internet site. Again, I chose to overlook this issue. The crowning blow came this morning. I took my car in for a service appointment. Having been accustomed to "Lexus" quality service, I was disappointed to receive the car back without a complimentary car wash. In fact, the car's windshield was in worse shape than when I took it in for service. Apparently, the service tech checked the windshield washers and smeared the windshield and didn't bother to wipe the windshield clean. I guess I am expecting too much to think Zimbrick would provide a complimentary car wash. Any time one of my Lexus vehicles was in for any type of service, Brookfield Lexus always returned my vehicle in "spotless" condition. As a side note, when I couldn't get the appointment for body work scheduled with Zimbrick, I took the car to Knauz BMW in Lake Bluff, IL to be repaired. Not surprisingly, when I picked it up from Knauz, the car was freshly washed and cleaned! I will start using Knauz for my service work and definitely buy my next BMW from them! I don't recommend Zimbrick! More

Kept trying to get scheduled sooner but constantly put on hold.. Meanwhile my wife went online and found same tires $500 LESS at a Goodyear store. BMW is ripping people off!! Check elsewhere, don't buy tires at Zimbrick BMW!!!! More

Once I found the right car at Zimbrick, I was a bit hesitant to make such a major purchase over 500 miles from home. I worked closely with Sean Weckerly – he almost immediately eased my uncertainty. Sean was there every step of the way from inquiry through the purchase to shipment to ‘after the sale’ follow-up/education on the vehicle. An enjoyable and easy buying experience. In addition to Sean, I also had the full support of Kevin Richter assuring me that Zimbrick stands behind all their sales – which I’m here to say they definitely do! I may have only discovered Zimbrick because of a specific search but in all honesty they will be my first call on my next purchase regardless of how far we live from the dealership.
