Enjoyable Experience Buying a car For the past couple of years I have been looking at possibly buying a 328i. There were certain features and price I was looking for. Plus I was looking for a dealership that had great customer service. A couple of weeks ago I found this 2016 328i at the Zimbrick BMW in Madison. I sent an email request asking if the car was still available. They said it was and also gave me an eprice which was even lower than I expected.. They introduced me to Kyle Cottier, my salesperson. I set an appointment and was loaded with questions for Kyle. Kyle was great and answered my questions first which really put me at ease. Then he explained all of the features of the car and we went on a test drive. All of this time he was communicating about the car and answering my questions. The experience was great !! Before I left the dealership Kyle made sure everything was ready and it was a great buying experience. I have found the salesperson and dealership for buying another BMW. Maybe this time for my wife. Oil top off leads to a 2017 BMW 340i xDrive I stopped by Zimbrick to get the oil topped off on my 2010 335i and with not much to do with the rest of my day I ended up test driving some cars as I I stopped by Zimbrick to get the oil topped off on my 2010 335i and with not much to do with the rest of my day I ended up test driving some cars as I am always looking. First I took out a 2017 340i xdrive that was loaded and was an M-Sport with a 6sp and the MPPSK package. Let me tell you, that exhaust is intoxicating on its own much less being tuned and having an ultra rare 6sp which are all must haves for me. The car drove great and I really liked it. Then I drove a 2016 M4 w/DCT which is a whole other level. The exhaust, the power, great car. I use my car as a daily driver and require a 6sp and I wanted to lease this time, so the 340i was my choice. After running the numbers and negotiating, which was a pleasant experience, we came to an agreement and I took it home getting a great car for a great price. More

I visited the dealership knowing exactly the vehicle I was looking for and Sean was able to help me right away and ultimately made the buying process as if it was a conversation between old friends. The appreciation and patience he showed was great. The vehicle itself was kept up very well, and Zimbrick BMW was able to touch up even the smallest imperfections in the short time it was there.
