Great purchasing experience with Kyle Cottier I worked with Kyle over a couple of weeks to purchase my 2013 135 I convertible. During the experience, Kyle was professional and patient with me as we negotiated final terms. I flew into Madison from out of state. Kyle arranged for a colleague to pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership. It was a Saturday morning, very busy and despite handling a couple of customers in addition to me Kyle made me feel welcome, made sure the car was detailed and arranged a test drive with Justin who is the dealership's BMW Genius. Justin made sure I was comfortable with all the operating features of the 135i before handing me off to Ken the business manager. Ken had all my paperwork ready, answered my questions and got me on the road with no delays for the 6 hour drive home. All in all a positive buying experience, I would certainly recommend Zimbrick BMW and my Client Advisor Kyle Cottier. More

Treated better than family! Last fall I purchased a 2008 M3 which I fell in love with the moment I saw and drove the car. Then I put the car into storage for the Winter. Bringing it out for the Summer months I had Zimbrick BMW give the car a "once over" and a fresh oil change. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with different ideas on how to best store the vehicle in the future along with a discussion on any upcoming maintenance needs. The previous owner had all his service work provided by Zimbrick so we had access to the maintenance history as well. The staff was very knowledgeable, and even offered to have me set up an appointment with a BMW Genius to make sure I understand all the features that my M# has to offer. All in all it was a wonderful experience. Although I purchased my used BMW elsewhere, I was treated better than family! More

Life long dream comes true I always wanted to own a BMW 3/5 series since I was 12 year old. I was so hesitant to buy a BMW or to even visit the dealership. I had an appointment with Sean and I am sure glad I met him. Sean was great. He was very professional and polite. He was able to help me make my decision decide without any pressure at all and I am certainly glad I made my decision, now I finally have my dream new 535i. The whole experience was amazing. The dealership was able to help me get a great deal and everybody was friendly and great to work with. They took the time to explain all the detail about the new car to me. Justin Sundby (BMW genius) was amazing in explaining all the little details about the car. He is certainly a genius when it comes to BMW. I highly recommend dealing to "Zimbrick BMW" and I can see myself buying my next BMW from them again. I will sure be looking for Sean's help and advice next time as well. More
