BMW Service Experience I stopped for a simple oil change and my vehicle was thoroughly inspected, cleaned inside/out and brought to the service entrance for easy access. We own other luxury brands and the service does not compare to Zimbrick BMW. The oil change is on the expensive side but the service and experience commensurate the expenditure. I guess you get what pay for is an accurate reflection of the experience. A premium car deserves a premium service and Zimbrick delivers. More

Another GREAT experience with Zimbrick BMW Service! Mike Baumeister came to the rescue once again. We noticed the warning light showing low air in right front tire as we were leaving home late Friday a Mike Baumeister came to the rescue once again. We noticed the warning light showing low air in right front tire as we were leaving home late Friday afternoon and after adding air it appeared to be still leaking. These tires are relatively new and we figured something was creating the leak, but late on a Friday is usually not the best time to seek help. Not so with Zimbrick BMW. Mike took the time to thoroughly check out the problem and get us safely back on the road. I have noticed that Mike always goes out of his way to assist me, and is very pleasant and helpful when doing so. Once again the level and quality of service exceed all of my expectations.......
