Went in for oil change, asked them to read an intermittent (nuisance?) check engine code. They wanted to charge me $205 just to read the code with their scanner. Travelling through Madison from out of state when window regulator broke. Stopped at Zimbrick unannounced. Service Advisor Felipe Marcelino and Mechanic Craig Janisch worked our problem right away and got t regulator broke. Stopped at Zimbrick unannounced. The thing I liked there was no pressure, unlike many other dealerships that I have been in. No having to go to the manager to negotiate deal, he gave us their discounted price, worked through the financing, and set an appointment for the next day, our request with the finance person. Took 30 minuets once we made the decision. Easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Kory was excellent and would definitely go to him again for our next vehicle. More
