Fun, respectful, and professional Tim asked all the right questions and let us land on the vehicle we wanted. He then found the colors and options we wanted. Tim was the last one out of the building that night making sure we were satisfied with the deal we had made. Upon delivery-day, everything was perfect, including the car being parked on the showroom floor, ready to go. Great service. We were vacationing in northern Wisconsin when a warning light came on. I looked on my phone and the closest BMW Dealer was Zimbrick in Madison. It wa We were vacationing in northern Wisconsin when a warning light came on. I looked on my phone and the closest BMW Dealer was Zimbrick in Madison. It was a girls trip and the last thing we wanted was to be sitting in a service center when we could be shopping! We pulled in and Jenny McAdow met us at the door. We told her the issue and she recommended that we remove the gas cap and retighten it first before we drove into the service area. Jenny removed it for me, the light went out and away we went loosing no shopping time! We are thankful to Jenny for being on top of things and trying her trick before we had to wait for service. Here's my story explaining why. It starts with a long day at work, I'm exhausted. I'm not in any kind of mood to car shop. Car shopping in general makes me anxious - it's a big purchase. But my wife and I need this car so we go the BMW dealership to check things out. I kind of think I have an idea of what I want and I'm looking to get things done quickly. I walk into the dealership and someone immediately engages with us. This is a plus for me! I'm ready to buy and I don't want to being wandering aimlessly around the dealership. Jenny sits us at the desk and starts talking through what's important to me. Coming in kind of cranky and not really in the mood to chat, and I gotta say that Jenny turned the whole thing around. A few minutes in and we're laughing and having a good time. Her mood is infectious. She's excited about the product. You can tell she thinks it's fun to drive a BMW. After a good 10-15 minutes of what we're interested in, we jump into the test drive and it's a great time, testing the performance. Jenny is telling some stories and we're laughing all the way. Overall it was a great way to spend an evening and it ended with us buying a very silly, very fun car that I know I'll enjoy for years. Jenny really had a good feel for what we wanted and I was very satisfied with all her answers to my questions. In conclusion, I'll probably being directly quoting Jenny for years anytime I need to justify why I bought this car: "Lots of cars are good, but what other cards do well - BMW does fantastic!" Also quick shout out to Daniel for walking us through the paces when we picked up the car. I'm walking around thoughtlessly putting my hands the exterior, and as I do, Daniel is buffing out my handprints behind me. That's the kind of work ethic I can get behind. More
