Many other dealerships have a quick 5-10 minute route but Jenny and Justin went out of their way to take me on an extended route to demonstrate that BMW is the Ultimate Driving Machine, and it was the drive that really won me over. When the time time came for decisions he was very courteous, giving me time to think and not pressuring me into a sale. He did a phenomenal job including my 7 year old son in the process as well as being very hospitable. After I bought my BMW Justin gave me a very informative break down of everything. While I live in Milwaukee, it was worth the trip to utilize Zimbrick as they truly go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Each inquiry regarding the car met with prompt responses via email an other forms of communication. Buying a new car is fraught with anxiety but Kyle made everything easy by providing creative financing and warranty options. This month I was celebrating my being in remission for all of this time and decided to move ahead with a "Bucket List" item of owning a BMW convertible. To say that my experience at Zimbrick was great would be an understatement. My Client Advisor Kyle Cottier was probably one of the best, if not the best, car salespeople I have ever worked with. His attention to detail, listening skills, and truly making sure that I was not only getting the right vehicle, (a 230i Series 2), but that we spent the least amount of time necessary to work out the deal, was greatly appreciated. He is a fine young gentleman, who it is apparent, is not only good at what he does, but has a passion for his work. Shout outs also go to Devon Stovall who did a great job walking me through the features of the vehicle, and Ken Wagner, the first Business Manager I worked with who did not try to upsell me on any additional products or services as we were finishing up the paperwork.
